Floor coatings from Spring Valley

We are a locally owned floor coating company in Spring Valley, the unincorporated Clark County town your mail calls Las Vegas. This page covers what we coat, what we will not touch, and how a job runs from first visit to final coat. It also says plainly what we leave to other trades.

What we do

What we coat, and what we leave alone

Our specialty is grinding, coating, staining and sealing existing concrete. We apply flake epoxy or polyaspartic to garage floors, metallic epoxy to living areas, cool deck and other light textured coatings to pool decks, polished concrete and high-build epoxy to shops and showrooms, and stain and sealer to patios and pathways. We do not lay new concrete slabs or do structural repairs; cracks are filled only as part of the coating process. We do not do any plumbing, heating, lighting or electrical work on pools. We are based in Spring Valley and carry out our work throughout the Las Vegas valley. All our floors start with a moisture test and then grinding.

How we work

The same steps on every floor

A two-car garage and a showroom get the same opening moves. Test the slab. Grind it. Fix what needs fixing. Then coat. Skip one and the floor tells on you later, usually by lifting right where the tires sit. So we skip none of them, on any size job, in any season.

  • Slab tested before we quote
  • Grinding under vacuum shrouds
  • Old coatings fully removed
  • System matched to sun exposure
  • Scope and price in writing
  • No pressure to book

The homes we coat in Spring Valley

Most of Spring Valley went up in the 1990s and 2000s. The median home was built in 1999, and 54% of homes date from 1990 to 2009. That puts a typical garage slab here at 15 to 35 years old, often wearing an old coating, oil stains or a few hairline cracks.

About half the homes here are rented, so landlords between tenants are part of the picture, next to owners in Rhodes Ranch and Spanish Trail. Older slabs get more grinding and crack repair. Newer ones, like many to the south in Enterprise, often just need the builder's finish taken off.

How we work

We grind it, test it, and tell you what we found before anything goes on the floor. If the slab is wet or cracked, you hear it from us first, in writing, with the fix and what it adds to the job. Then the call is yours.
